helpful staff rainfall shower riverside location
the staff was super helpful and the breakfast buffet had many options. the room included a rainfall shower. the location right by the river made walks really awesome.
the gym only had a few machines.

totally fab stay!
clean room breakfast spread bus stop
the room, a superior double or twin room, was clean. the breakfast spread included yummy cheeses and breads. i walked to the city center in about 25 minutes. a bus to plaza mayor stoped right outside the hotel, so great!
the gym seemed a little small.

the breakfast had a varied menu. the restaurant provided a good dinner, also with varied options. i appreciated that the room had a river view.

the room included a desk and chair. The bathroom provided toiletries. a hairdryer. I found bottled water was available in the room daily. A safe was present for securing valuables.
i found the television selection limited, there were few channels in English. this was unexpected.

Mixed experience. Some issues noted
thin walls noisy plumbing
The breakfast options were plentiful.
I found the walls thin. I heard everything from adjacent rooms and the corridor. Plumbing was also noisy. This made it difficult to sleep well. Due to a neighbor's late-night party, I had to call reception several times. Staff were unable to resolve the issue, and eventually, I had to change rooms.
